Abortion Clinic Health Violations in North Dakota

It was recently discovered that one of two doctors performing abortions at the Red River Women's Clinic in Fargo was doing so with an expired North Dakota medical license. Despite that flagrant violation of the North Dakota Abortion Control Act, Janne Myrdal, CWA of North Dakota's State Director, is stunned that the States Attorney declined to bring criminal charges.
