
Celebrating 25 Years of Raising Community Standards 
The battle against illegal pornography is not simply an issue for the Justice Department. The character of a community is determined by the influence of its citizens. Nowhere is that more true than the battle against illegal obscenity, sex clubs, and prostitution. The Maryland Coalition Against Pornography (MCAP) has been raising local community standards for 25 years and will be celebrating that milestone with a reception and seminar on Friday, October 28, 2011.
