Thank Your Representative Rowland for Your Stance in Defence of State Sovereignty

Concerned Women for America of Missouri supports Rep. Lyle Rowland's resolution, HCR 7, which urges the Missouri House of Representatives to claim sovereignty for the State of Missouri as granted under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

This award is given to members of the Missouri General Assembly who sponsor legislation that, in the words of John Locke, seeks not to "abolish or restrain freedom, but to preserve and enlarge freedom." Only legislation that is consistent with both the state and federal constitutions, helps to secure the inalienable rights to life, liberty and property of Missouri's citizens, and is based in firm principles qualifies for this award.
