Sign our Boy Scouts Petition!
We need your help! If you are a parent of a child in the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) or a leader at the BSA, we urge you to sign our letter (below) asking the BSA to continue their policy against open homosexuality within their leadership ranks. The Scouts are being bullied by homosexual activists who are putting pressure on the Scouts' corporate sponsors to force the BSA to finally embrace homosexuality as normal and moral.
We have also gotten word that the BSA is facing internal pressure from several board members, like AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson and Ernst & Young CEO James Turley. But where are the voices of the parents and leaders? They need to hear from you!
Sign on to our letter and let other scouting families and leaders know so they can sign it as well. Let's send a clear message to the BSA national office that we do not want them to put political correctness and corporate greed ahead of children's safety. Let's let them know they are forcing us to reconsider our involvement with the BSA.
Here is what you need to do:
- Commit to pray for the BSA.
- Sign the letter below by sending us an e-mail with your name and address to BSA@cwfa.org, or click here to enter the information on our web form.
- Forward this e-mail to other scouting families to let them know they can let their voice be heard before it is too late.
- Call the BSA national office directly and ask them NOT to change their "sexual orientation" policy. The number is 972-580-2000 or, alternatively, 972-580-2401 or 972-580-2405.
We must not let this moral institution that has brought so much good to our nation be corrupted by a radical fringe who insist everyone else approve of their behavior. Christians, especially, must stand up now, for little by little our religious liberties are being taken away while we remain silent.

Dear Mr. Brock:
We, the undersigned mothers, fathers, and leaders of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), and members of Concerned Women for America (CWA), the nation's largest public policy women's organization, write to ask that the Boy Scouts of America remain true to its principles and values as they relate to "sexual orientation."
As parents and leaders of these children, we feel that those pushing for a change in the current policy are putting political correctness and greed above child safety. Such a change will force us to reconsider our involvement in this organization that we love and for which we have given so much.
The proposed changes will do nothing to appease the homosexual activists who currently pressure the BSA because of its moral convictions. Allowing each club to set its own standards will never be acceptable to them. The practical effect of such a misguided policy will be to isolate each chapter that wishes to remain true to traditional scouting values, making them an easy target for homosexual activists.
We urge you to keep us united and standing for the values we know to be true.
