Planned Parenthood Official Advocates After-Birth Abortion
Unbelievable. Well, almost. A Planned Parenthood official embraced the idea of "after-birth abortions" (also known as infanticide!) when testifying in the Florida legislature, as reported by the Weekly Standard. Her statements are so disturbing and repugnant; you have to watch it for yourself.
When asked, "If a baby is born on a table as a result of a botched abortion, what would Planned Parenthood want to have happen to that child that is struggling for life?" Alisa LaPolt Snow, a Planned Parenthood lobbyist, replied, "We believe that any decision that's made should be left up to the woman, her family, and the physician."
After questions about what happens to a baby that is born there on the table, Snow repeated that, “That decision should be between the patient and the health care provider.”
Rep. Jose Oliva then said, “I think that at that point the patient would be the child struggling on the table, wouldn’t you agree?”
Snow: "That’s a very good question. I really don’t know how to answer that. I would be glad to have some more conversations with you about this.”
You have to see it to believe it:
Of course, this is not the first time Concerned Women for America (CWA) has noted Planned Parenthood "ethicists" arguing for "after-birth abortions." A year ago, Brenda Zurita, Research Fellow for CWA's Beverly LaHaye Institute, highlighted Planned Parenthood and infanticide in her article, "Culture of Death vs. Culture of Life."
