CWA intern with Rep. Joe Barton (R-Texas)
at a Congressional baseball game.

Session terms for Fall and Spring are flexible according to your schedule and CWA's needs.

The Fall session runs from September-December.
Application Deadline: July 15

The Spring sessions runs from January-April.
Application deadline: November 15.

Fall and Spring internships are less formal than the summer sessions, giving you a pure, hands-on work experience at Concerned Women for America. We accept spring and fall interns on a case-by-case basis.

You'll develop your "real work" experience through professional projects that utilize your skills and interests. We accept interns from any field of study to work in any of these seven departments:

"Overall I really enjoyed getting my feet wet in the political arena. I was never aware of how many decisions are made in Washington that affect my life. I have learned what is really involved in politics. Working at CWA has made me interested in Congress, the courts, and the news."
