MNO_Postersm

The new faith-based comedy you have to see.

  • Are you a mom or do you know a mom who could use some encouragement?
  • Are you a fan of the movies Courageous and October Baby?
  • Do you enjoy comedies but can't remember the last time you saw one that made you laugh … but didn’t make you cringe?

Then we have a movie for you!

Get ready for Moms' Night Out, a new comedy in theaters May 9, Mother’s Day weekend, that will give you or the mom in your life a well-earned break, a good laugh, and a powerful reminder that we are God’s masterpiece!

Moms' Night Out follows Allyson and her friends on their journey for a peaceful, grown-up, long-needed moms' night out. But in order to enjoy high heels, adult conversation and food not served in a paper bag, they need their husbands to watch the kids for three hours — what could go wrong? Moms' Night Out is an endearing true-to-life family comedy that celebrates the beautiful mess called parenting.

Directed by the Erwin Brothers from October Baby, the large cast of Moms' Night Out includes Sarah Drew, best known for her role as Dr. April Kepner in Grey's Anatomy, Sean Astin, who stared in both Rudy and The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Patricia Heaton, who played Debra Barone in the hit series Everybody Loves Raymond, and country-music-singer and television-personality Trace Adkins. And the guys from Courageous, Kevin Downes, Robert Amaya and Alex Kendrick, are back too! Check out the rest of the talented, star-studded cast here.

While you are busy laughing during Moms' Night Out, the family comedy that you can take your whole family to see, don’t miss the encouraging reminder that we are God’s masterpiece. Celebrate God’s gift of family this Mother’s Day when Moms’ Night Out opens in theaters on May 9. Click here to find theaters, showtimes and to buy advanced tickets. After watching the movie for herself, Concerned Women for America CEO and President Penny Nance had this to say:

Moms’ Night Out was a great break from real life and an opportunity to laugh and even cry a little over the joys and woes of motherhood. I loved the authenticity in the middle of the hilarity. Patricia Heaton, Trace Adkins and all the actors shined but I have to give a special shout out to my girl Angela Johnson. I will never interact with a snobby restaurant hostess again without thinking about her performance. Great job all around and a new bar to meet for Christian and family friendly entertainment.
