God doesn't create a meaningless life. He creates every, single life with purpose, — even if we don't understand that purpose. Sadly, not only does our society take life for granted, it consents to taking the lives of our most innocent and helpless members through the brutal act of abortion. With more than one-third of all childbearing-aged women in the United States having had an abortion, we need to rise up and declare that "Every life is beautiful." Psalm 139 reminds us of this fact:
"For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them."
And we've all heard Jeremiah 29:11, so we know that God placed us here for a reason. No life is insigificant or worthless. In fact, God has a purpose and a plan for our lives. What is that plan? Well, sometimes it takes a journey to find that out.
