US Supreme Court Upholds PBA Ban      4/18/2007 The U.S. Supreme Court, by a 5-4 decision, has upheld the ban on partial-birth abortions. Mat Staver, Founder of the Liberty Counsel and Dean of the Liberty University School of Law, says the victory goes to dedicated pro-life activists that didn’t give up after many previous defeats, and to voters who recognize how important their vote in a presidential election is to the issue of life and high court decisions.
