The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to hear Lisa Miller's challenge to a Vermont custody decision that declares her former lesbian partner a parent to Miller's daughter Isabella. While this is disappointing, it is far from the end of the battle to preserve Lisa's custody of her daughter and parental rights in our nation.
