As Assistant Deputy Secretary for the Department of Education's Office of Safe & Drug Free Schools, Jennings would hold sway over a host of federal programs directing anti-bullying programs - programs that GLSEN was essentially responsible for promoting as a way of normalizing harmful sexual behaviors among even young children.
