Pro-life convictions are strong in the new 112th Congress and nowhere is it more evident than in statements made on the House floor and in the votes being cast as funding and health care issues dominate the agenda. Rep. James Lankford, (R-Oklahoma) was among several pro-life Congressional members to speak eloquently on behalf of the unborn in Special Order Speeches. Rep.
