Here in the United States, a child is born to an unwed mother every 25 seconds. Too many of these children will grow up in poverty while the mothers come to depend on welfare. Today, we'll discuss welfare reform - Is there a way for the government to reduce poverty and encourage strong families? Also, we'll take a look at reforming child abuse laws and providing educational opportunities for American children.
