Is the FCC doing a thorough job of monitoring the airwaves? It appears not. Since February of last year, it has dismissed 7 indecency complaints. That's according to a new report by CWA's Culture and Family Institute. Plus, a surprising turn of events concerning the gay marriage bill in California has resulted in a victory for the pro-family movement. Bob Knight joins us to talk about all that and more on this week's Culture and Family Report.
