A Sacramento atheist who objected to the Pledge of Allegiance got his victory yesterday in court. Michael Newdow, who brought the case to court, objected because his second-grade daughter was required to recite the pledge at her elementary school. I´m an American citizen. I don´t like my rights infringed upon by my government," said Newdow. He went on to call the pledge a religious idea that certain people don´t agree with.’ So, now what?
