Arizona Supreme Court Dismisses Same-Sex Marriage Suit
The Supreme Court of Arizona decided today not to hear Standhardt v. Arizona, a same-sex “marriage” case brought by two single men who were denied a marriage license. The Arizona Court of Appeals dismissed the suit on October 8, 2003, and the homosexual partners sought Supreme Court review.
