Partial Birth Abortion Ban Unconstitutional?

Federal U.S. District Judge Phyllis Hamilton out of San Francisco, California has ruled that the Partial Birth Abortion Ban is unconstitutional. This ruling is among three legal challenges to the ban signed by President Bush. CWA’s Senior Policy Director Wendy Wright has more.
