One activist lawyer in Florida is pushing ahead to force states to recognize same-sex "marriages" in Massachusetts and Canada by challenging federal law. This emphasizes the need for the Marriage Protection Act which finds itself without a sponsor in the U.S. Senate. CWA’s Vice-President for Government Relations, Michael Schwartz, has more.
