FCC Fines Viacom/CBS for Super Bowl Boob Tube Incident

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has fined the CBS network $550,000 for the Super Bowl 2004- Janet Jackson breast baring incident. This marks the first time a television station has been fined for airing an indecent broadcast according to Robert Peters, President of Morality in Media. Martha Kleder spoke with him from his offices in New York City.
