Judge Strikes Louisiana DMA
Pro-family activists vow to appeal the ruling of Judge Morvant who struck Louisiana’s Defense of Marriage Amendment because, he said, it violated the state’s germaneness rule. With more on this development we have Robert Knight, director of CWA’s Culture and Family Institute and Jan LaRue, CWA’s chief counsel.
