11 Charged in Philadelphia with Hate Crimes for Preaching

Listen

Michael Marcavage and 10 others have been arrested in Philadelphia for conducting sidewalk evangelism during the homosexual “Outfest.” Those 11 are facing eight separate charges, including felony violations, involving criminal conspiracy and “ethnic intimidation;” otherwise known as hate crimes. Those charges could bring 47-year prison sentences on those charged. To find out more about what happened on October 10, and where this case is headed, Martha Kleder spoke with Michael Marcavage, director of Repent America and one of those arrested, his attorney Brian Fahling, Senior Attorney for the American Family Association Center for Law and Policy, and Robert Knight, director of CWA’s own Culture & Family Institute.
