NYC Pastor Reaches Out to Victims of Ethnic and Religious Violence
Listen
Rev. Michel J. Faulkner, Senior Pastor of Central Baptist Church on West 92nd Street in Manhattan has seen the effect of racial hatred in many forms, from the history of African-Americans, to the attack on the World Trade Center towers. So, when he heard of massive church burnings in Kosovo, Rev. Faulkner joined a fact finding mission last August sponsored by the
Institute for Religion and Public Policy. Martha Kleder spoke with Rev. Faulkner about on-going relief efforts for the Christians in Kosovo and his perspective on the causes and solutions to this global problem.
