Crucial Ballot Measures in California

Robert Knight, Director of CWA’s Culture and Family Institute, highlights some ballot measures to be voted on this coming Election Day. Proposition 71 which authorizes $3 billion for stem cell research, and Measure Q, which encourages city officials not to enforce laws against prostitution, can both become law if you don’t get out and vote..
