The media has been quick to criticize the Bush administration over its response to the December 26 tsunami, and many are waving the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) banner when soliciting private donations. But is that the most effective use of your charity dollars? Wendy Wright, CWA’s Senior Policy Director, has lived in Sri Lanka, and maintains contact with Christian friends there.
