In a disturbing development, a judge in western Pennsylvania has ruled against the government in its prosecution of Extreme Associates, the worst of the worst purveyors of obscenity. Will this action be challenged and reversed by the 3rd Circuit or will this signal the end of all attempts to prosecute obscenity? Jan LaRue, CWA’s Chief Counsel has more.
