Michael Powell, Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced he will be leaving his post in March. There are several candidates waiting to lead the Commission, but not all of them have the best interests of families at heart in enforcing broadcast decency laws. CWA Chief Counsel Jan LaRue has more on the latest news from the FCC.
