The mother of a soldier killed in Iraq and the daughter of a man killed by Saddam Husseins regime were the highlight of the evening as they embraced each other and brought tears to everyones eyes. But President George W. Bush laid out an ambitious plan for his second term in his State of the Union speech while shinning libertys light on the moral issues that won his election.
