Yogi Berra Fights Use of His Name in ‘Sex in the City’ Promotion (3:07)
When the TBS cable network produced sexually suggestive promotional ads for the Sex in the City series for buses and subways using the name of a baseball legend Yogi Berra, Mr. Berra didn’t take it sitting down. The hall of famer set out to defend his reputation as a religious, moral, family man by filing a $10 million dollar lawsuit against the cable company for using his name for financial gain.
