President Bush has named Kevin Martin the new Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission. CWA led an extensive phone, letter and e-mail campaign to have Martin named to replace Michael Powell, who steps down this week. Robert Knight, director of CWA’s Culture & Family Institute has more on why Martin was the favorite of decency advocates, and what still must be done to keep the FCC on track.
