High Court Agrees to Hear Parental Notification Appeal (7:51)

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal by the state of New Hampshire of the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals ruling. That ruling said that the state’s parental notification law for minors seeking abortions was unconstitutional. Wendy Wright, CWA’s Senior Policy Director has more.
