Capitol Hill Report
with Tom Jipping, Michael Schwartz and Dr. Jancie Crouse
Listen | More on this broadcast
"Women in Pink" descended on the nation’s capital this weekend to protest a war against one of the most anti-women regimes in the world. Who would have thought that a man who regularly authorizes the rape and murder of women would be a hero to the women’s rights movement? Meanwhile, in the United States Senate, partial birth abortion will be discussed, while the Estrada filibuster continues. Plus, a live report from the United Nations in New York City with our own Dr. Janice Crouse, a member of the 3-person U.S. delegation, attending the U.N.’s Commission on the Status of Women. All in this week’s Capitol Hill Report.
