It was a stunning evening when the Iraqi National Symphony Orchestra teamed up with the U.S. National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, and brought the house down musically and emotionally. Believe it or not, some really good ideas come out of government from time to time, and the Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs joins us today to tell us some of them.
