Secretary Colin L. Powell announces the fourth annual Trafficking in Persons Report. This report reflects the growing concern of the President, Members of Congress, and the public over the serious human rights, health, and security implications of human trafficking around the world. CWA has played a major role in this battle and we were there today to find out the latest statistics on this issue.
