Increase Funding for Abstinence

President Bush’s budget will increase funding for abstinence education programs to ensure that more children receive the message that abstinence is the best option for avoiding unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases. Michael Schwartz, CWA’s Vice-President for Government Relations has the details.
