Good News on Marriage

In Washington, a court rejects an argument by a homosexual couple challenging the constitutionality of the state’s Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). In Massachusetts, a judge denied out-of-state homosexual couples a challenge to a 1913 law which prohibited them from marrying in Massachusetts and then to return back to their states to challenge their marriage laws.
