Mervyn's Reverses Bell Ringer Ban (3:55)

Mervynís department store chain has announced that Salvation Army bell ringers and red kettles are welcome at all of their stores. The move reinstates the Salvation Armyís exception to the companyís no solicitation policy. Until September, Mervynís was owned by the Target Corporation which changed its policy regarding the Salvation Army in January.
