The Supreme Court Lets Florida’s ‘Gay’ Adoption Ban Stand (4:51)

The U.S. Supreme Court has let stand an 11th Circuit Court ruling that upholds Florida’s ban on adoption by homosexuals. Florida is the only state to have such a ban. CWA’s Chief Counsel Jan LaRue says other states should be encouraged by this development and pass similar measures.
