Bill to Require Parental Consent for Minors’ Abortions Moves Through the Arkansas Legislature (1:07)

The Arkansas Senate on February 15, 2005 approved 27-3 a bill (HB 1033) that would require written consent from a parent or guardian before a woman under age 18 could undergo an abortion. Michael Bowman, CWA’s director of state legislative relations has more.
