Listen | More on this broadcast

The Center for A Just Society gathered a collection of groups to the halls of the U.S. Senate in support of the Incapacitated Person’s Legal Protection Act, H.R. 1151/S. 539. This bill would explicitly clarity fundamental due process rights for those who are incapacitated, are under court ordered removal of nutrition and hydration and have no written advance medical directive in effect.
