The U.S. House of Representatives has passed H.R. 1332, the Protection of Incapacitated Persons Act of 2005, also known as “Terri’s Law.” The fate of this legislation is now in the hands of the U.S. Senate. CWA’s Senior Policy Director Wendy Wright has this update.
