Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline held a media briefing to address concerns raised by Planned Parenthood about the Kansas judicial inquiry into child rape and potential illegal late-term abortions. Attorney General Kline provided an overview of the investigation that lead to the judicial inquiry and answered concerns raised by Planned Parenthood and other groups opposed to the practice.
