When the Constitution is “a fluid, living document” it becomes difficult for citizens to know when they are conducting themselves lawfully. It is that consistency and freedom and many others that are at stake as the U.S. Senate debates the President’s pending judicial nominees. That is the perspective of Christian civil liberties attorney Leah Farish. Bob Knight, director of CWA’s Culture & Family Institute talks with her and CWA’s Chief Counsel Jan LaRue on the showdown in the Senate.
