Convention Registration


Convention registration begins Friday afternoon, September 17, at the Capital Hilton in the heart of Washington, D.C. The convention officially begins Friday evening and ends after the closing banquet on Saturday evening.

Convention Rates:
*IMPORTANT: If you order more than one ticket, please use the comment box at checkout to enter the names of those attending with you. Thanks!
         Single - $100
         With Spouse - $150
         With Student - $70

Price of registration includes general sessions, conference materials, and Saturday evening's Banquet. Registration does not include meals, except for the Saturday evening Banquet. Fees are non-refundable and are not tax-deductible.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The 2004 National Convention will be held at the Capital Hilton in downtown Washington, D.C., just three blocks from the White House. Room rates:

         $159 Single
         $159 Double
         $184 Triple
         $209 Quadruple

State and local taxes are 14.5%. Reservations must be received by August 17th, 2004, to guarantee rate. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 12:00 noon. Call 1.800.445.8667 or 202.393.1000 for reservations. You must mention that your reservation is with Concerned Women for America to get these rates.
