Jihadists attacked America over and over, yet only on 9/11 did Americans realize the seriousness of the threat. Yet instead of focusing on the self-proclaimed enemies of America and freedom - the jihadists whose goal is to institute a caliphate (Islamic rule) over all the earth - many activists, politicians, and media elites have focused on defeating their political opponents.
