Washington – A Man of Prayer: How You Can Participate

washmopPenny Nance, CWA CEO and President, and Kenda Bartlett, CWA Executive Director, will be participating in the third Washington – A Man of Prayer event in Statuary Hall of the U.S. Capitol. Washington – A Man of Prayer commemorates April 30, 1789 when President Washington, accompanied by Congress, offered a prayer of dedication to God on America’s behalf as one of his first official acts as president. This event on May 7, 2014, which is normally held for members of Congress only, will be viewable by you for the first time ever!

In this interview of Dan Cummins, the originator of Washington – A Man of Prayer and a pastor from Tyler, TX, you will learn how you can watch the event by webcast, how your church can host a viewing, and how you can get your congressmen involved.
