Penny Young Nance
CEO and President
Penny Young Nance, CEO and President of Concerned Women for America (CWA), is a recognized national authority on cultural, children’s, and women’s issues. As the CEO and President of the nation’s largest public policy women’s organization, Nance oversees more than 500,000 participating CWA members across the country, over 450 Prayer/Action Chapters and Home teams, 23 Young Women for America (YWA) Chapters, and 600 trained leaders, and is also the president of Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee (CWALAC) and Concerned Women for America Political Action Committee (CWPAC) and serves as the principal spokesperson for all three entities.

Kenda Bartlett
Executive Director
Kenda Bartlett, CWA’s Executive Director, has served in this capacity since February of 2012.  Kenda has been on staff at CWA for over 19 years. She continues to also serve as National Field Director; a position she has held since 2007. In this role, she oversees the work that CWA leaders are doing across this country, building state and area organizations and training new directors to make an impact for righteousness in their state.

Legal Counsel
Mario Díaz, Esq., serves as Concerned Women for America's (CWA) Legal Counsel and leads CWA's Legal Studies Department. Mr. Diaz is a Constitutional Law scholar who focuses on cases and legislation dealing with CWA's core issues: religious liberty, sanctity of human life, defense of the family, sexual exploitation, education, national sovereignty, and support for Israel. He also directs CWA's amicus briefs and our work on judicial nominations and judicial activism.
