CWA Calls for ‘Plan B’ on FDA Nomination      8/15/2006

Plan “B,” also known as the morning-after pill, has been making headlines lately as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) initiates efforts to make the abortion-causing drug available over-the-counter. The driving force behind this is none other than the acting FDA Commissioner Von Eschenback. CWA President Wendy Wright says that as a result of this action, which disregards the health of women and minor girls, Von Eschenback’s nomination to head the FDA should be withdrawn. Click here to listen.

Calls are needed to the White House at 202-456-1111 and to members of the U.S. Senate at 202-224-3121.
