Shock-jock Mancow Drops Lawsuit Against Indecency Activists      8/4/2004


Chicago-based shock-jock Erich “Mancow” Muller has dropped a 3 million dollar lawsuit against David Smith with the Illinois Family Institute, and CWA’s Illinois state director Kathy Valente for their activities with Citizens for Community Values. Kathy and David monitored Mancow’s show and filed broadcast indecency complaints with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Martha Kleder talks with both Kathy and David about this victory!
