Concerned Women for America of Missouri supports Congressman Todd Akin’s filing of H.R. 4971. Also known as the SAFE Act, H.R. 4971 amends title I of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to ensure that the coverage offered under multi-State qualified health plans offered in Exchanges is consistent with the Federal abortion funding ban.
